About this project
AgriLink is built for operators who run procurement and logistics themselves — not a lightweight listing site, but software for the full path from farmer offer to delivery and payment.
Farmers interact through a dedicated app for listings, negotiations, confirmations, collections, and payouts. Internal teams use an ERP-style system for inventory, warehouses, finance, workforce, and reporting.
Field roles — collectors, drivers, receivers, and managers — each get workflows matched to what they do on the ground, with one chain of record from farm gate to receiving dock.
What we built
- Farmer App for produce listings, offers, trade confirmation, collection, payments, sales history, and support.
- Internal ERP for procurement, negotiations, trades, collection, logistics, inventory, warehouses, deliveries, finance, workforce, and reporting.
- Field Operations App with role-specific workflows for collectors, managers, workers, drivers, and receivers.
- Tracks produce from farmer → procurement → payment → collection → logistics → delivery → receiving.
